If I visit for acne, what does the doctor ask first?
The doctor will first ask when the acne appeared, how long it has been present, and about your living environment and habits (especially drinking and sleep), and check whether it is a sebum issue or a dead skin cell issue. If it occurs on only one side, we check hygiene factors such as pillowcases first.
Do I definitely need a procedure to see improvement?
We do not start with procedures right away. We first explain why the acne formed and its current condition, check your health status and lifestyle habits, and then consult on whether medication or a procedure is needed.
What equipment is used for acne and scars?
We use POTENZA for acne, scars, and pores. The needle depth and radiofrequency intensity are varied depending on the area. Specific methods are determined during consultation.
Can acne treatment consultations be conducted in Chinese?
Yes. Chinese-speaking staff are on site, and Chinese consultation hours are weekdays 10:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–16:00 (Korea Standard Time). You can also communicate with the doctor in English.
How much does acne treatment cost?
The cost is determined after consultation. It varies depending on the area, scope, and treatment plan, and will be explained during your in-clinic consultation.
How is aftercare handled after acne treatment?
We provide post-procedure instructions and guide you on follow-up visits. If you experience any abnormalities, please contact us first. When you visit, our medical staff will evaluate your condition and advise on necessary care.
